1. Collection and Processing

Device connection
In order to use the features in this Service, you need to first connect the devices by the following methods:
(1) You can log in to your account to auto-connect. In this scenario, we will collect your account-related information (such as account ID), as well as device ID, device name, model, manufacturer, and other basic device information, for device connection and account device management.
(2) When using the QR code scanning connection method, in order to identify the device and complete the connection between devices, we will collect your IP address, upload it to the server and forward it to your personal computer. In this scenario, the server only transfers data and does not store such data.
(3) You can also connect devices via USB.
Feedback
You can provide feedback about any problems you encounter while using this Service through the Feedback feature in this Service. If you use this feature, we will collect information such as the problem type, problem description, your contact information (optional), and content you choose to upload voluntarily (such as images, videos and other attachments, and log information) in order to record your feedback and to contact you or help you solve the problem.
User experience improvement plan (optional)
In order to improve our service quality and provide you with a better user experience, if you turn on the User experience improvement plan, we will collect data about your device, software features, device operation and usage, such as: (i) your device information, including hardware and operating system parameters, such as device ID, system version, application version, chip model, etc.; (ii) data about your use of our services, including applications and their usage, connection methods, system crash logs, error information and other anomalies. You can disable this feature at any time through Settings > General settings > Join the user experience improvement plan in this Service.
Some of the above features may not be available to you due to different countries/regions and software versions. Features supported by this Service are subject to availability. Please kindly note that we will only process data described under the feature which you enabled or you are using.
We process the data for the above purposes in order to provide you with corresponding features or services. However, other legal bases may be applicable on certain occasions as stated in Section 2 of our Privacy Policy.
Security:
We care about protecting your personal data. We have put in place appropriate security measures, including but not limited to encryption and anonymization techniques, which are designed to protect your personal data from unauthorized use, damage, or loss. We will do our best to protect your personal data. If you suspect any unauthorized use, damage, or loss of your personal data, please let us know immediately by the contact details set out below.
2. Storage
Period:
We will retain your personal data collected by us for the period necessary for the above purposes of processing, or as required by you, or applicable laws. Meanwhile, we will retain:
Personal data related to the exercise of data subject rights, consent records, and customer interaction records for up to five (5) years from the last interaction.
Data backups and app logs processed for security purpose for up to six (6) months from the date they were created.
Once the retention period expires, we will delete or anonymise your personal data in due time, unless otherwise required by applicable laws and regulations.
Location:
To provide the same level of data protection as that of the user's country/region and respond to users' requests more efficiently, the location where data is stored varies for users in different countries/regions. 3. Sharing and Transfer
We will process your data ourselves, or by use of our affiliated companies, or service providers who act on our behalf. Please be aware that we have signed a data protection agreement with the aforementioned service provider(s) and they will provide protection for your data at a standard that is no less than ours.
